ZWCC is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Zhengzhou, China. This USD 120 million investment represents the single largest expansion in ZWCC's 42-year history and significantly strengthens our global production capacity.
Facility Highlights
The new 85,000 square meter facility features world-class manufacturing infrastructure:
- Precision Machining Centers: 12 advanced CNC machining centers for processing crusher housings, shafts, and bearing assemblies to micron-level accuracy.
- Automated Welding Lines: Robotic welding systems with real-time quality monitoring ensure consistent structural integrity of all welded components.
- Quality Testing Laboratory: On-site metrology lab with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and material testing capabilities.
- Energy-Efficient Design: Solar power integration, LED lighting, and heat recovery systems reduce carbon footprint by 30%.
Production Capacity Increase
When fully operational, the new facility will double ZWCC's annual production capacity for key product lines including jaw crushers, cone crushers, and grinding mills. This enables faster delivery times for customers and positions ZWCC to meet growing global demand, particularly in emerging markets across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Job Creation
The facility has created 450 new skilled jobs in engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics. ZWCC continues our commitment to local community development through employment opportunities and skills training programs.
