ZWCC has successfully delivered a complete crushing plant project for PT. Bukit Tambang Emas, a leading gold mining company based in Indonesia. The 600t/h crushing and screening plant represents the largest single project ZWCC has executed in the Southeast Asia region to date.

Project Scope

The comprehensive project included:

  • Primary Crushing: One PE-1200x1500 Jaw Crusher (capacity 650-1100t/h)
  • Secondary Crushing: Two CS440 Cone Crushers (combined capacity 400-800t/h)
  • Screening System: Three 3YK2460 Vibrating Screens (combined capacity 750-2400m3/h)
  • Conveying: 1,800m of belt conveyors ranging from 800mm to 1200mm width
  • Electrical & Control: Complete PLC-based control system with remote monitoring capabilities

Challenges and Solutions

The project site presented significant challenges including high humidity conditions, limited access infrastructure, and strict environmental regulations. ZWCC's engineering team implemented solutions including corrosion-resistant materials for exposed components, modular construction for transport to remote areas, and dust suppression systems to meet environmental requirements.
